I can surely say this is one of the luxurious oceanfront resorts I have stayed at on the island. It is everything I expect from the Omni brand.
Located in Palmetto Dunes, guests have access to world class amenities in one of the island's foremost resort communities. Whether its a round of golf, tennis, water sports and of course the beach, Omni hotel is just minutes away from it all.
Currently, the hotel is going under an extensive renovation that began in late 2012. The hotel's lobby, pools, outdoor courtyards, fitness center and onsite spa are scheduled for major changes to be completed by March 2013.
Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is one of the largest hotels on the island. With nearly 300 guest rooms available on the premises, guests have the opportunity to choose from a wide variety of rooms.
Guest room accommodations are offered in deluxe, premier and suite classifications. Each boast an island, courtyard or ocean view depending on desired room.
Deluxe Rooms: Island view rooms, 530 square feet and up of space, includes a king size bed with a sofa bed or two queen beds, mini-kitchen, refrigerator and balcony.
Premier Rooms: Ocean views or courtyard views, +530 square feet of space, a king size bed with a sofa bed, or two queen beds, mini-kitchen, refrigerator and balcony.

Luxury King Oceanfront Suites: Ocean views, 1,000+ square feet, one-bedroom with a parlor, king size bed, a sofa bed, mini-kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and private balcony.
With their touch of elegance in modern and unique décor, balconies and small kitchens, guest rooms here are some of the largest spaces I've seen in hotel rooms on the island.
Suites offer added amenities, including larger beds and a completely private balcony.
Regardless of the choice of room, there are several amenities that come along with each room at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort. Such amenities include a hair dryer, fridge and microwave, ironing board, and high speed internet access.
There are also flat screen televisions in each room. Guests will feel right at home in these luxurious rooms.
Guests who are traveling with children will absolutely love the Omni Sensational Kids Program. The program is designed to keep children entertained during their stay.
Each child will receive a personalized bag with exciting activities, toys, and items that will keep them occupied and excited. The kid-friendly aspect of this resort is just an additional bonus to all the benefits.
