The first point to realize when booking Sea Pines rentals is that Sea Pines Resort is categorized into four neighborhoods for vacation rentals:

• Oceanside – These homes and villas either overlook the ocean or are located relatively close to the ocean that you can walk to it. Obviously, the price points for these rentals are higher due to the proximity of the beach, but they are some of the most spectacular homes and villas you will ever find.

• South Beach - Located at the south end of Sea Pines Resort, South Beach is ideally situated between Calibogue Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. With the beach as its main attraction, these homes and villas are also close to the action of South Beach Marina where you will find plenty of water sports, trendy shops and eateries in a village-style surrounding.
• Harbour Town – With its charming red and white banded lighthouse for the entrance of Harbour Town Yacht Basin and its historic Liberty Oak tree, this area is considered the soul of Sea Pines. Directly across from Calibogue Sound, Harbour Town is engulfed with chic stores, stylish restaurants, and an abundant of water activities, making this a desirable area for Sea Pines rentals.
• Plantation – Homes and villas found in plantation areas are branded with thriving foliage, moss-draped oaks, soaring pines and palmettos. They are mostly found in the interiors of Sea Pines but still close to Sea Pines attractions such as Lawton Stables and Sea Pines Forest Preserve.

Within these neighborhoods are a mix of privately held homes, villas, town homes and condos. These fully furnished rentals each have their own level of comfort that includes beautiful kitchens, luxurious baths, pools & spas and tennis courts:

• Premier – These are extraordinary properties offering the highest standards in comfort, select private pools & spas, well appointed furnishings, state of the art kitchens and sumptuous baths.
• Deluxe – These properties are considered a level below Premier. With full kitchens offering standard features and appliances, comfortable baths, relaxing furnishings and select private pools & spas….overall, quality is considered to be excellent.
• Resort - The lowest level, these are best described as “average”. They offer everything that is needed in standard accommodations, from traditional kitchens and baths to everyday furnishings. Some do have select pools & spas.
